# RWA Contracts

The RWA contract layer is built around ERC-3643 identity, compliance, and permissioned asset issuance.

| Contract                        | Responsibility                                                |
| ------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `BifyIdentityRegistry` | Maps investor wallets to verified identity claims |
| `BifyCompliance` | Enforces eligibility, jurisdiction, and transfer rules |
| `BifyOfferingRegistry` | Stores approved issuer and offering configuration |
| `BifyAssetTokenFactory`         | Deploys configured ERC-3643 asset tokens                      |
| `BifyAssetToken`                | Permissioned token representing the offering-defined position |
| `BifyInvestorRegistry` | Records investor eligibility and offering participation |
| `BifyOfferingSale` | Executes primary USDC purchases and supply accounting |
| `BifyPurchaseRegistry` | Records purchase, payment, ownership, and certificate state |
| `BifyCertificateMintController` | Validates purchase certificate mint vouchers                  |
| `BifyCertificateNFT`            | Issues non-transferable purchase certificates                 |
| `BifyTreasury` | Receives and accounts for configured sale proceeds |
| `BifyRedemption`                | Processes issuer-defined redemption requests and settlement   |

## RWA contract rules

* Only approved issuers can configure or activate offerings.
* Only eligible investors can purchase or receive restricted asset tokens.
* Supply and unit price are enforced by the sale contract.
* Token transfers follow identity and compliance checks.
* Certificate minting follows a recorded purchase.
* Redemption follows offering terms and does not create a resale marketplace.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://bify.gitbook.io/rwa-docs/bify-rwa/contracts.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
